Ellie has been a fan of books for as long as she can remember. Being able to write and publish her stories is now icing on the cake for her. Not only does she get to fall in love with characters from other writers, she gets to fall in love with her own and introduce them to other readers. Ellie enjoys writing fantasy and paranormal romance. When not writing, she’s reading, playing games, enjoying the Pacific Northwest, and chasing after her kids to keep them out of trouble. Ellie’s biggest fan is her husband, which is perfect since she’s his biggest fan, too.
That’s the “official” about me that you’ll find in the back of my books! I published my first book in Nov 27, 2012 with plans to officially be a writer even though I just had my first child earlier that year. Yeah…I barely got out a novella a year later and that was about all I could do as a stay at home mom. We were so lucky to have a second kiddo in 2015, but that was it for any writing plans for me!
Fast forward to five years later, and I had the realization that my youngest was entering Kindergarten! I actually could get back to writing! So, I dusted off my writing gear, unboxed that box of ideas in my head, and started writing again!
AAAAAND then the pandemic happened, and hello remote learning for a year. Then homeschooling for another year.
BUT, I was absolutely determined to get Witchlet Found out before the school year started in 2021, and I slowly but surely was able to finally finish Wolf Claimed in the barely no free time I had while trying to homeschool both kiddos. Two years ago, I thought I would be an official writer with both kids in school. Moving forward, I hope I can now officially say it!
